Team Coaching
Practical support for teams who want to improve how they work together, not just what they deliver.
If your team is experiencing misalignment, communication challenges, or inconsistent performance, I’ll help you build the trust, clarity, and shared accountability needed to move forward with confidence.
Even strong teams can feel stuck.
You might be noticing:
Conversations that stay polite, but not honest
A few voices dominating while others hold back
Tension that sits under the surface (or shows up outside the room)
Decisions taking longer than they should
Lack of clarity around roles, expectations, or accountability
A sense that the team isn’t reaching its full potential
Most of the time, this isn’t a capability issue.
It’s a team dynamics issue like how people relate, communicate, and work together day to day.
If this sounds familiar, I can help.
Team coaching gives your team space to strengthen how to work better together.
This work is most valuable for:
Leadership teams wanting to improve alignment and effectiveness
Teams navigating change or growth
Teams working in a context with increased complexity
Teams experiencing tension, miscommunication, or low trust
Organisations investing in leadership and team capability for the long term
Reach out if this sounds like you and your team is ready to do the work.
“I can see the outcomes of the leadership team’s capacity building through greater cohesion, confidence, trust, and productivity.
Belinda was able to support the team to move through a couple of storming phases which through the trust the team had developed assisted us to address the challenges as they arose and remain a productive team.
It has seen a healthy culture maintained in the unit despite changes to our leadership team.”

Creating Cohesive Teams
Team coaching is the most effective way to improve performance and achieve results.
The opportunity to talk openly about challenges across teams forms stronger working relationships and cultivates a culture of peer support to work through the tricky parts, not around them.
The types of teams I work with include:
leadership teams
project teams
cross functional teams, like multi-disciplinary teams
administration teams
When teams develop capacity together you will see participants become more confident, skilled, and productive.
My professional skills and 25 years of experience mean I can engage the most resistant teams to take significant steps forward and perform.
The Outcomes.
When teams start to focus on how they work together, things begin to change.
Through team coaching, your team can:
Communicate more openly and effectively
Build trust and psychological safety
Navigate disagreement without it becoming personal
Make clearer, faster decisions
Strengthen shared accountability
Feel more aligned, focused, and confident as a team
Perfection isn’t the goal, performance is.
Through team coaching, your team will learn how to work through challenges, rather than avoid them.

My Approach.
My approach to team coaching is practical, structured, and grounded in real workplace dynamics.
Every team is different, so the work is tailored to your context, your challenges, and your goals.
Typically, we’ll focus on:
Understanding What’s Really Happening
We surface the patterns shaping how your team currently works together (both the visible and the unspoken).
Creating Space for Honest Conversation
Sessions are structured to help the team talk about what matters in a way that feels safe, constructive, and productive.
Building Practical Skills
Your team develops tangible skills in communication, feedback, decision-making and accountability.
Embedding New Ways of Working
We translate insights into everyday practices so change is sustained beyond the sessions.
What people say after working with me.
“I leave most of our leadership team coaching sessions feeling rejuvenated and with a sense of belief in myself as a leader.
I respond to your way of delivery, taking strategies and applying them in different situations.
You make me think, you make me believe its ok to be a different type of leader and that I can continue to expand my skills.”

A simple process to shift your team forward.
STEP 1: You get in contact
We book a call so you can share the background, current issues and what outcome you want to see.
STEP 2: We clarify the focus
Together, we work out the real challenge and what success can look like.
STEP 3: We build a plan
We work out how many sessions the team needs to achieve the outcomes and figure out the logistics.
Start by emailing me and I’ll guide you from there.
“I found Belinda to be extremely intuitive and able to provide assistance with anything the group threw at her. Belinda was organised and prepared for each session; however, she deviated so easily if needed.
Belinda’s handouts were such a beautiful addition to our sessions and allowed for easier reflection following each session.”
