Navigating leadership is a formidable challenge. No-one becomes a leader to do a semi-ok job. But most people find the art of managing people incredibly difficult.

It can be overwhelming and isolating. As a leader you want to have good relationships with the people you work with, but knowing how to do this without overstepping professional boundaries is hard. So, whilst you are part of the team, you are also separated from the team as you sit in a formal position as leader or manager. You can feel isolated because the role you perform is unlike no-one else in the team. You can’t ask your team to tell you how to manage an interpersonal relationship. You can’t talk openly about complicated decisions that will impact the team when the final decision hasn’t been made.

This service is designed for leadership teams needing to develop skills, confidence, and knowledge to effectively lead their teams.

To make the most of these sessions, participants share challenges from their everyday practice and work through strategies to effectively work through these challenges.

Choose from 3 different support packages, starting with a minimum of 6 sessions, 12 sessions or 18 sessions - depending on the needs of your leadership team.

Leadership team coaching sessions are best delivered in person, either on-site or off-site.

Investment starts from $2, 150.00 per session (exc. GST).

6 x 2-hour sessions / from $12, 900.00

12 x 2- hour sessions / from $25, 800.00

Agriculture Sector

The Farmer Family were transitioning their farming business through a succession planning process. But there were some bumps along the way and relationships became strained by conflict and frustration.

We worked together through a custom designed workshop delivered over a 2-day program. The program created a framework to examine the critical aspects of the business operations, understand how people worked together and what needed to look different.

    In 2024, I am offering packages that can be scheduled across the year. For example, you choose the 3 session package but would like to meet in March, June and September.

  • The session starts with a general check in then we move into the focus of what you would benefit from focusing on. Some clients come with a clear agenda, others use a more fluid approach to explore challenges or successes before they hit the mark.

    A lot of clients experience a light bulb moment where they connect thoughts and feelings to find a new insight. This is a magical moment of clarity. This is why people choose to work in a personalised way because they need a more customised experience to speak honestly and use their time to unpack their unique circumstance.

    At the end of the session, we will have found a clear pathway forward for you. Sometimes this includes follow up support via email or scheduling a check in call or text. You may also receive details of a reference or resource we discussed.

  • Yes. You can choose to pay upfront when you signed our working agreement, or you can choose a payment plan.

    Payments plans are based on consecutive monthly instalments. For example, if you choose 6 sessions, you will make monthly payments each month for 6 months – regardless of whether you have a session scheduled.

    Invoices are issued via email and payment is required within 7 days of the invoice being issued. This means you need to pay for your session before it occurs.
