In theory, leadership is great. If you have leadership skills, are good at organising people and resources, plus you have a proven track record of performing in a team then you may be wondering how you ended up working with people who seemingly don’t even like you. Or maybe you don’t like them…

Being a manager is hard. Leading people is difficult. Working effectively in teams can be problematic.

There are lots of challenges and problems to be solved. It is easy to waste weeks, months or years worrying about these situations without taking the necessary steps to fix the problem.

Plus, feeling isolated is a common experience for leaders.

But all the issues and stressful situations you are dealing with on a daily basis have solutions. Being stressed and overwhelmed makes it feel almost impossible to know what actions you should take.

Seeking support from peers, colleagues or friends can offer short lived relief. Delivered online or in person, 1:1 leadership coaching is best for leaders looking to build their skills and confidence in a personalised way.

Typically, clients choose to meet monthly, with the occasional need to pull a session forward when working through a complex issue.

Espresso
Ideal if you are looking for big impact in a small dose, like:

  • guidance in managing a performance concern (have an important conversation that requires a good dose of planning, guidance and bravery)

  • make changes to how your team works together and supports each other

  • establish your leadership style as an emerging leader

  • prepare for career progression
