This workshop is a great fit if you are:
an organisation with a group of first-time manager
a business with a team of up-and-coming leader
a professional group of technical experts stepping into people leadership
a founder growing a team looking for a collective learning opportunity

THE REALITY
If you’re thinking “I don’t want to be a micromanager…”
You’re not alone.
No one starts leadership with all the skills they need. Feeling unsure is common in the first few years — and without the right tools, the stress can build quickly. That pressure doesn’t lead to great decisions, great reactions, or great leadership.
To lead well, you need two things:
self-awareness (how you show up, what drives you, what you value)
a practical toolkit (skills you can use when real challenges show up)
That’s exactly what this workshop is designed to build.
If you want to access leadership development that helps you feel clearer, calmer, and more capable as a leader, this is for you.
WHAT PARTICIPANTS WILL LEARN
Practical leadership skills you can apply straight away.
You’ll learn how to:
communicate clearly (even with difficult personalities)
delegate without losing control
have difficult conversations with more confidence
give developmental feedback that actually helps people improve
build trust and strengthen relationships in your team
lead both the “people” side and the “task” side of leadership
Do you have a group ready to build the skills that make leadership feel more manageable?
OUTCOMES
As a participant, you’ll walk away with:
This isn’t theory for theory’s sake. It’s real-world practice.
By the end of the workshop, participants will:
understand your leadership identity and what you want to be known for
identify your strengths and where to focus your growth
clarify your values and how they shape your decisions
build practical strategies for communication and influence
learn how to empower your team to perform
gain a framework for feedback and brave conversations
create a simple professional development plan you can use immediately
This workshop is designed to help you lead with more confidence and less overwhelm.
WHY THE SMALL GROUP?
Why it’s capped at 10 participants.
Big groups aren’t for everyone. And they don’t always create real learning.
This workshop is limited to 10 so you can:
ask questions
take part in meaningful discussion
work through real scenarios (without feeling put on the spot)
leave with practical steps, not just notes
Small group means quality connection and interaction. Leave with no unanswered questions.
For employers: A practical development option for your leaders.
If you’ve got a new leader with great potential, this is a fast-track way to build their confidence and capability.
Learning together can also help leadership teams align on a shared approach and identify practical next steps after the workshop.

- Leadership Foundations Workshop Participant 2025 (Founder, Retail + attended with Human Resources Lead).
“The workshop developed a clear path toward figuring out how to help my team and how to communicate this in a positive way. It was a good way to realign and focus on what is needed to be an effective leader”.
- Leadership Foundations Workshop Participant 2024 (General Manager, Real Estate industry).
“I appreciated the format delivered in a relaxed vibe where we had animated discussions and sharing of valuable insights with other attendees.
Belinda’s perspective (from her Social Work background) brought this content to life for me, as previously all my professional development has been from business theory perspective.
I still regularly ruminate on my own core values identified in this workshop (years later) and how these shapes my personal and professional life. The collaborative approach to leadership development was practical and relationship based, offering tools to improve:
Communication at an individual and team level
Understanding of group dynamics and development
Undertaking brave conversations with a tried and tested framework.
I have found working with Belinda to be insightful and extremely helpful. I can whole heartly recommend her Leadership workshops to anyone looking to elevate their leadership journey, whether they’re new to the role or seasoned leader.”
- Leadership Foundations Participant 2024 (Strategic Leader in Financial Services industry).
